All computer repairs come with a 14 day warranty, meaning that if we remove a virus and it somehow slips back on your computer, we'll take care of it again until it's corrected for no charge. We offer House Calls or you may Drop Off your computer at our downtown location. We service all computers, including Microsoft Windows, Macintosh OS X and Linux.

Computer Troubleshooting:
This service covers general errors and problems that can plague your computer. This service can range from your computer no longer booting to a printer suddenly not working, and so on. Generally, if you aren't sure what's wrong with your computer, this should be your order type.
Software Installation/Upgrades
Software Installation:
This service includes installing applications such as Word Processing, Antivirus, Quicken, and so on. You'll need to purchase the software before we can install the program in question.
Operating System Upgrades:
This service includes installing a new Operating System on your system and data back-up during the process to protect your files. Once installed, you'll be updated to the most recent patches and fixes to that date. You'll need to buy the genuine software before we can install the operating system in question.
Hardware Installation/Upgrades
Hardware Installation:
This service includes the installation of hardware, such as Printers, Scanners, RAM, Processors, Video Cards, Replacement Screens, and so on. You'll need to supply me with the hardware, or we can help you select and install the hardware in question.
Hardware Upgrade:
This service includes the installation of hardware, such as RAM, Processors, Video Cards, Replacement Screens, and so on. You'll need to supply me with the hardware, or we can help you select and install the hardware in question.
Virus/Spyware Removal
Virus Removal:
This service includes the virus removal itself, along with free installation of virus protection from AVG.
Spyware Removal:
Does your computer seem a bit sluggish? Spyware may be the reason. This service will remove all spyware on your computer.
Internet/Network Troubleshooting
General Troubleshooting:
If you're having connectivity problems, this service will help you get back online! Whether it's browser problems, computer problems, or hardware problems, we'll diagnose the problem and get you back online.
Wireless Router Set Up:
This service will help you set up or fix your wireless router. We'll get you set up with a personalized wireless name and secure password for your wireless connection.
Home Networking Set Up:
This service will help you set up a home network, including computer to computer interfacing, network file sharing and printer sharing.
